Disable volume button and camera sound need ROOT

Go into root explorer or es explorer

/system/media/audio/ui/volume.ogg
And rename it with a .bak at the end for volume button sounds.

camera_click.ogg
camera_focus.ogg
for camera sounds

Reboot and enjoy no sound.
