I have a Samsung Galaxy A3 that is managed by Airwatch. The device has got a profile installed that prevents factory reset (tried factory resetting via the recovery screen but no success). The passcode on the device is not known and the phone does not respond to commands from Airwatch so the phone is bricked. How can I get the passcode removed or factory reset the phone so I can use it?
