I am trying to get some data off a phone (LG l70 D320) that has been hard bricked. I have done some Arm development before on Atmel chips and would look for a TTL port to see what the error is and perhaps modify the boot params. I have opened the phone but am not sure how to find the TTL port as it does not seem to be exposed? (I am used to development boards so I guess I am spoiled :) )
Also I have heard mention of using a JTAG tool to fix hard brick situations. I have an Atmel JTAG tool (JTAG ICE3), would that work? or does it need to be specialised JTAG tool (and require spending hundreds of dollars).
Here is another thread I started with more info: http://ift.tt/2b1fMWF
I have attached a screenshot of the motherboard also
Any help would be greatly appreciated
