Patch Fixes the Camera and Torch Crashes on the Redmi Note 3 (Kenzo) Nougat ROMs

If you have the kenzo Snapdragon variant of the Redmi Note 3, then you've likely run into camera and torch issues when using a Nougat based ROM. Thankfully, XDA Senior Member billchen1977 has a flashable binary patch released that fixes both of these issues on Nougat-based ROMs.
