Moto E [2015] [3G] [OTUS] [XT1506] [India Dual Sim] Not able to upgrade to 5.1.1

This is my first post here so please forgive me for any mistakes.

I recently bought moto e and found out that it is stuck on 5.0.2 . According to Motorola India website it is upgradable to 5.1.1 but I have not recieved any OTA? Please provide any rom file if available.

Please help me
