The problem that I am facing involves an Allview viva H10HD tablet containing an MT6582. I am trying to do a backup and repartion. I get no errors but no matter how long i wait the process just loops (green bar loads and starts again ), the longest I've waited is about 3 hours and i tried it multiple times. I even tried to do it without the SD card in, thinking it may not be able to write to it but the results were the same. I couldn't find anything already existing about this so I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.
