when i cross the state border iam not getting in cm13

Iam using new cm13nightly in kenzo.iam not getting mobile data while roaming.waited for 1mnth hoping to get fix from cyanogen.i tried enabling with *#*"4636#*#*.but still no use.does any one have same problem or know how to solve this pls reply.thank u
