The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is just a little under a month away from launching. The leaks so far have included a 4,000 mah battery capacity, an unofficial 3D render of the phone, and S-Pen upgrades. Now, AndroidHeadlines has obtained a picture of the front of the device. This picture confirms the inclusion of the Bixby button and the same design that we saw last year with the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
At first glance, this picture can be confused for the Galaxy Note 8 very easily. When you look closer, though, you can see minor differences between the two. The bottom bezel on the Galaxy Note 9 is a bit smaller than that of the Note 8. The infra-red camera on the Note 9 is also hidden a bit just like it is on the Galaxy S9 and S9+. You can also see that the buttons on the Note 9 are shifted higher on the body of the device just a little. All of this should result in a better, more ergonomic feeling to the device.
Showing the front of the device tells us a lot about design. It's great to see Samsung is refining their already amazing design, rather than doing something drastically different. This refined design with a new beefier, a new Bluetooth S-Pen, and an upgraded camera will all make for a great device. The 4,000 mAh battery paired with a Snapdragon 845 or Exynos 9810 will make for amazing battery life. The new Bluetooth S-Pen will make for a lot more features that will be useful for both productivity and fun. ISOCELL camera technology can improve both color fidelity and light sensitivity. The Note 9 will also launch with Bixby 2.0, Android 8.1 Oreo, and Samsung Experience 9.5
We will see all of this confirmed on August 9th at 11 am. Samsung will be revealing the Galaxy Note 9 in New York. We will see all of these leaks are confirmed or busted.
