Installed the latest version of Google Play Service that is not supported yet by my

I am using Samsung Galaxy S6, not rooted and originally installed version 7.4 of Google Play Service. I saw version 8.4 was just appeared on Apkmirror.com yesterday, so I downloaded it, Manually installed it and my phone started keep popping up error says "Process 'com.google.process.gapps"has stopped", I can no longer use login with g+ in other apps. Google play can't be force stopped and since my phone is not rooted so I can not just uninstall it or downgrade it. What can I do? Any help will be appreciated :)

Hello needed

I need to know how to delete or edit the stock APN on 5.1.1 lollipop. Every time I make a new APN, it reverts back to the stock APN after a short while.

[ROM][UB/LB] Miui 7

After surfing through the net for the best battery friendly rom for xperia Z2 I found Miui 7!

I will be updating this thread for very update released.

Instructions:
1. Copy the zip file into sd card.
2. Do a Complete Wipe including factory reset.
3. Flash it using Custom recovery.
4. Follow The instructions on aroma
5. Do a complete reboot after flashing.

-it is not exactly a build. Its more a mod.
-based on latest TCL i806 (IDOL3) firmware (JSU_I806-2[ABC]LCCN7_7TMBRCB3)
-I exchanged the kernel for the ARDE DEV TEAM STOCK OC one (4x1651 MHz + 4x1601 MHz).
-Antutu player will love the 37K ratings :) (all cores set to performance Governors)
-including ROOT (latest supersu 2.52)
-added KERNEL ADIUTOR
-removed all unnecessary apps from TCL. there is only the necessary basic to run the phone. All other things you can download by yourself. So the ROM is only 600 MB on size.
-Due to source is the avaliable set of languages shrinken to English and Chineese. But More Locale 2 app (you can download form google play) will do the trick for you on most apps.

GUIDE:
-go to TWRP recovery
-wipe chache/dalvik/system/data
-install ROM
-install GAPPS (i use open gapps 5.0 nano)
-reboot
-on first boot be patient it takes a while after the first boot (about 5 minutes) untill the ROM settles down

DOWNLOAD:
From my google disk (size aprox 600 MB)

ISSUES:
I dont know of any, you tell me.

FUTURE PLANS:
-merge another languages from framework res, settings, systemUI apks . As i am not a DEV i will repack the apks adding these languages it should work with more locale 2 then. I cannot add the language support to the rom itself.
-replace the i806 launcher with one from 6045Y (will do need more tests because of lags of the 6045Y launcher).
-add some minor build.prop tweaks

g925f soft brikced - tryed everything...

Hi , i have 2 s6 edge g925f. Phone dyed after error in write hiden in odin. Phone display recover software by smart switch, i try:
-delete hiden from file by total comander, delete md5 from file name and flash this file - after this phone hand on start logo (sasmsun s6 edge)
- doload difrent files - G925FXXU3QOK6_G925FCAM3QOK1_G925FXXU3QOJK_HOME.tar , and G925FXXU3QOK6_G925FCAM3QOK1_G925FXXU3QOJK_HOME.tar , adfetr flash this file still hand on strat logo
- also try after this factory reset and clean cache in recovery - still hand on start logo
- try write s6 uni kerlenl v8 002 with root - still hand on sytart logo
- try flash with and without pit, try woth and without repartition, and phone botloader udate


any other idea my friends?

Is there a Cyanogen OS compatible device for 150$ - 700$ ?

Hi Forum,

i look for a phone with a very good battery time and a very good camera.

Nexus phones are out because of bad battery time.
Since this year i own a Note 4.

I has a real good camera http://ift.tt/1hFlQjT , a very long battery time and (what i really like) a replaceable battery. Powerpacks are crap, if you have to use the device but it is connected with a cable in your pocket to a powerbank.

i checked for a stable release, i want a really stable phone. I dont care for cyanogen 12 or 13, it has to be stable. Means bluetooth with my car, with a speaker. Or no crashes with the camera. Something i missed with my Galaxy S3 since for many phones CM is ported by hobbiists. If they sell their phone, cyanogen support is away. If they dont bring out a stable release, there is no company you can go to, like with my S3 over 12 months.

Or with my international Note 4 http://ift.tt/12VH5wm there is no stable release and the phone is out since more than a year.

So, is there a phone with a good battery and a very good camera (like Moto C play), if possible not so much bader than my current one with support for Cyanogen not from 3 hobby devs ?

Help a Xperia noob out with some questions please :L

So this is my first xperia device since the Xperia Arc was released way back when, and I have been using HTC phones. Which are WAY different in terms of Rooting / Unlocking / Etc.

So long story short, What I want to know is what Can I currently do to the Xperia Z5? I see there's no custom ROM's yet which is expected , but I see mixed results about unlocked BootLoader & Root , the main thread says that a bootloader hasn't been achieved, yet there's a few root methods which have been successfully completed , requiring an unlocked bootloader, so naturally you could see the confusion..... Can someone point a SONY noob towards the right direction in terms of bootloader unlock / rooting? Running the E6653 ( not sure if there's variants )

How to mirror from a Galaxy Note 3 to a Vizio tv?

I've looked for a few days to find if there's a 'best practice' way to mirror from my Note 3 to a Vizio smart tv (E422VA) (without having to purchase a dongle or other box to do this). I half expected this would be easy to find, but after a couple of days searching all over I haven't found an obvious solution yet.

Is there no app that will work with Vizio smart tv's (there appears to be with some other tv's)? The goal is simply to get anything I play on my Note 3 to show on the tv as well, not just media stored on the phone. If I'm streaming something full screen on the phone, watching a show or whatever, it would be nifty to just tap a 'sling' icon and poof..play it on the tv. This Vizio does come with some apps built-in (Netflix, Youtube, Hulu, etc.) and it's connected via wifi to the home net, so those do work. But so far I've come up blank on how to mirror any streaming video on the phone to the tv.
I'd appreciate any suggestions from anyone wh o knows how to make it work.

Modded Xperia Z5 camera with 20 mp superior auto

Hello everyone, Some of the Xperia Z series owners eagerly waited for the modded Xperia Z5's new Camera 2.0 with UI changes. Here is one.

Here successfully ported the camera exclusively to ALL Xperia devices with 20.7MP G Lens Camera and working good.
Actually it was developed by a persian Developer. So all credits goes to him.
Here are some screenshots from my Xperia Z2.

Tested on my Z2 and my Z1 compact. It should also work on all BionZ camera [ Z1,Z2,Z3,Z4/3+] phones.
