Finally the wait is over, the Marshmallow update for Lava Pixel V1 is here! I had been waiting for the update for some time and considering the buzz created I was keen on seeing whether my phone would actually support what it claimed. You can easily GOTA package from the internet or simply contact the nearest service center. The Marshmallow update will bring great improvements in the performance of the phone. Before updating your phone, do not forget to take the backup of the phone data. It should have enough memory, preferably 750 MB and the battery should have enough charge, more than 30 percent. Lastly, the phone should be connected to a healthy network like Wi-Fi.
Updating the phone from the previous version to Marshmallow is quite easy. In your notification bar you will get the update notification. You can update it at that time or do it later.
