Phone is charging on USB but is not recognized by PC, neither does it enable USB Dbgn

So I have ASUS Zenfone 2 ZE551ML and just today it started having a problem. I am a game developer so usually directly build my games to the phone via USB cable. Today the phone refused to get recognized by PC all of a sudden. Neither does it show "USB Debugging" icon anymore when it's connected. But what's strange is.. it charges while it's connected. So it cannot be a faulty cable or port. I have tried with various cables and other ports on my PC but the same problem. I have tried going into phone settings, restarting it, enabling disable usb debugging, etc. Nothing works

Can you help me please?
