I have TWRP 3.0.2-0 installed on my device, /data is not encrypted. I tried flashing both the latest CM13 nightly (0502) and ARM64 Gapps stock (from opengapps) today, but on boot it would show the htc logo, red text saying something about a developer build, shut down and start again at the boot logo and red text.
