root Vivo V3Max + gorapid.com ?

I am interested in rooting my new Vivo V3 Max, but there seems to be a dearth of resources for this phone. However, I found a means using the

kingroot app on gogorapid

(I can't show the link, forbidden).

It describes a fairly straightforward way of rooting the phone, but is it legit?

Can someone tell me if this - kingroot is valid for the Vivo?
