can I get Google Now on tap on my Tmobile LG V10 still on Lolipop?

Can I get Google Now on tap on my Tmobile LG V10 still on Lolipop? The reason I ask is that when I update to MM I can't connect to my cellspot witch I rely on for signal and data in my house. So I just wondered if there is maybe an apk or something I can get....to install google now on tap on my v10 running 5.1.1?
