Until a better solution is available, this guide will get you rooted and keep your radio working (and s-off if you wish)

Re-enabling Radio after SunShine or formatting/wipe
If data gets formatted after flashing supersu, it will no longer be encrypted, and the radio may stop working on the HTC 10
Each time you format the data (until a proper fix is written), you will need to re-perform steps 11 to 15
We use "System Image", instead of "System" as it will pass dm-verity, which is nice if you want a booting phone.
It requires a sdcard for backups.
- 0) Charge the phone to at least 75% before starting this
- 1) Visit HTCDev.com, follow their directions to unlock your bootloader (this wipes data)
- 2) Visit http://ift.tt/1S5NcE4, download the last TWRP version
- 3) Reboot into download mode with "adb reboot download"
- 3) Flash TWRP with "fastboot flash recovery twrp-file-path-here"
- 4) Reboot into aboot "fastboot reboot-bootloader"
- 5) Put a SDCARD into the device for backing - Mandatory
- 5) Select recovery and reboot into recovery
- 6) Run TWRP in read only mode, do a backup of all partitions EXCEPT for userdata. This will be a full stock backup (except recovery). Make sure you backup "System Image".
- 7) Reboot twrp with "adb reboot recovery" (Do not run twrp in read only mode this time)
- 8) Download SuperSu 2.71 or whatever is most current from http://ift.tt/1O0mQUi
- 9) In TWRP select advanced, then sideload
- 10) Sideload supersu with "adb sideload SUPERSU-FILE-PATH-HERE"

- 11) Reflash "System Image" and "Boot" (Note that is not System but System Image)
- 12) Allow phone to fully boot, this will take some time as it is re-encrypting itself. It will take some time
- 13) Reboot twrp with "adb reboot recovery" (Do not run twrp in read only mode this time)
- 14) In TWRP select advanced, then sideload
- 15) Sideload supersu with "adb sideload SUPERSU-FILE-PATH-HERE"
