HTC 10 Not Responding

Help I tried to enter bootloader/download mode on my vzw HTC 10 and now it doesn't boot at all, and when I try to hold vol down then power it flashes the nav buttons :(((((( please help it's brand new and my mom would kill me if I broke it already
