Rooting galaxy s4 i9505xxuhoh2 on lollipop 5.0.1

Hi,
I own a galaxy s4 i9505 & i want to root galaxy s4 i9505 with build number LRX22C.I9505XXUHOH2 running on android lollipop 5.0.1.
Please guide me step by step rooting method.
Also let me know how to check bootloader status on galaxy s4.
