stuck at Bootloader screen! ?

when i boot up my device it goes strait to the screen where u
boot to bootloader
boot to download mode
boot to recovery mode
ddr test
powerdown

when i select either except power down
it just boots back to the before mentioned

i also tried 0PJAIMG.ZIP and put it in SDCard

i am s-off unlocked ---is it fixable or done for

said it happened
while ruu to
take off red letter boot warning where it gets to flush
again immediately it happened
