Files for Indian CSC in Jesse from 1.3 plz

Hiii devs. I have installed Jesse 1.3 in my S7 g930fd I use jio 4g sim which requires volte support . Now there is no ins csc for volte to work. On jesse rom page a person sagarb had uploaded the file but it was deleted by mega. So i wanted to ask id any dev could provide me with indian csc files for jesse 1.3
