Why are some phones not listed on this website?

I was curious why are some phones not listed on this website? I mean since there are 9,999,999,999 phones on the market it would be hard to put them all on this website. Who makes the decision on which phones to add? I see phones that have not been released yet on the website, while I see some popular phones that have been released not on the website. For example I do not see the Honor Note 8. This phone seems to be popular enough to be on the website. It is supposed to be competition for the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 which is having some serious problems right now. I would think that because of the problems more people would be interested in the Honor Note 8. What about basic (non-smartphone) cell phones being on the website? Some basic phones are actually pretty cool. It might be nice to have a discussion about them.
