Press Render of The Huawei P10 Leaked Ahead of its Official Launch

Huawei is expected to launch its next flagship, the Huawei P10, at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in a few days. The device has been subject to numerous leaks for the past few weeks, which have allegedly revealed most of what we should expect from the Chinese OEM's upcoming device so far.

Now, we have a leaked press render of the device, shared by none other than Evan Blass (@evleaks):

The leaked press render is inline with the previously leaked images of the Huawei P10. On the front, you can clearly see the device's flat display panel and its very slim side bezels, with a front-mounted fingerprint reader placed just beneath it. Moving to the back, the device has its signature Leica-branded dual-camera setup accompanied by a dual-tone LED flash.

If rumors are to be believed, the Huawei P10 will feature a 5.5-inch Full HD display and it will be powered by an in-house Kirin 960 octa-core SoC (the same as the one found in the Huawei Mate 9). It will also have 12MP dual-cameras on the back and a 5MP front-facing shooter, and as typical of Huawei devices it will come in multiple storage variants. Last week, the device also received FCC certification, which revealed that the P10 will have a 3,100mAh battery.

While not shown in these renders, rumors are also pointing towards the existence of a Plus variant of the Huawei P10 with a 5.7-inch QHD dual-curved edge panel and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, unlike the P10's front-mounted placement, with other key hardware specifications being the same. This ultimately wouldn't be too surprising, as it wouldn't be the companies first Pro model of a flagship device.

The Huawei P10 along with P10 Plus is scheduled to launch on February 26 in Barcelona, Spain, where the company will also showcase its new Android Wear-powered Huawei Watch 2.
