Adoptable SD card problem on condor cm13

I am using cm 13 on moto e 2014 with Kingston SD card 32 GB class 10 whenever I try to convert it into adoptable storage then first it shows card slow and then corrupted card what should I do to make it internal storage .and when I convert again as media storage then it works fine
