xolo 8x 1000i issues

Guys i have xolo 8x 1000i ....
Having some issues..

1. Automatically restart at any time
2. Setting crashes when tap on system update
3. In locked mode(screen off) vibration for notifications not working ,only
Bink LED in vibration mode
4. Stock email app crashes
5. Sign up problem in google account.
6. Google play service something crashes..
....

How to fix those bugs.. Nd when new firmware update will release??
