Can we use Icon Packs from the Playstore?

would i be able to download or pay for an Icon Pack from the Play Store and apply it to the HTC THEME App on the phone:confused:? or do these Icon's only support other Launchers? Im going to guess and say it doesnt support The HTC Sense Launcher and The HTC Theme app lmao:D
