Letv Le1 X800 US version - Digitizer problems

Hi, I have a problem with the digitizer of my phone since it arrived, and the problem is that sometimes when I lock the phone, when I unlock it the digitizer didn't work (or sometimes even when it boots), and the "solution" is lock an unlock it a couple of times and randomly it works, and when it works its fine.

I've change te ROM to the CUCO92 and the problem still there, so maybe is a Hardware malfunction?
