The View 10 is one of the most exciting phones to come from Honor in a long time: a flagship-level device with the new Kirin 970 AI processor. We posted a hands-on unboxing from the launch event in London, and today we are lucky enough to have an Honor Product Manager here to answer your questions live. We are giving away three, yes three!, View 10s for people who ask the best, most insightful and interesting questions.
This live Q&A will take place from 10PM-11:30PM. Submit your questions in the Q&A thread now.
Qiang Gan, username QiangGan on the XDA Forums, joined Huawei in 2004 and was engaged in the research and development of mobile phones until 2015. For the View 10, Honor is working with Microsoft to bring cutting edge AI technology to the Honor View 10 using the Neural Processing Unit (NPU) that accompanies the Kirin 970 CPU. Features like real-time translation are many times faster and more accurate that other translation apps. The NPU will also play a big role in camera improvement, using AI for real-time scene and object recognition.
