I'm currently thinking about getting the new Galaxy S7 edge. The problem is, Samsung devices are not that famous for becoming faster over time, actually the opposite seems to be the case (especially after major OS releases, in this case Marshmallow).
On the other hand the S6 was one of the first phones to be equipped with fast UFS storage, so maybe this situation has changed.
Therefore I wanted to ask you guys: if you had to compare the performance of your S6 (edge) between then (when you got the phone fresh out of the box) and now, how has your experience changed?
Do apps take an extra second or two to open etc?
I'm aware that over time likely every phone is slowing down but I wonder if there are noticeable changes that you welcome (in case of improvement) or wish to not be there (in case of worsening).
