I just got a new handset called the zenfone 2e and i think my hotspot option is faulty.
I tried a different sim on my phone and still had the same problem. My sim for the zenfone was also tested on my samsung and tethering worked perfectly.
I am not very technical so I find it difficult checking other forums with technical stuff there. Can someone please let me know what I can do to fix this or if I need to return this handset from where I bought it.
