[MOD][APP] Statusbar for Malaysk ROMs

StatusBar modified for their own use, I share with you.
Copy in / > system > priv-app
Before rename SystemUImtc.apk in SystemUImtc.apk.old
Rename SystemUImtc the extracted file
Give permissio 644
Reboots.........enjoy

StatusBar tested with Malaysk ROM April 23 RK3188 800x480
