Huawei GR5 and Youtube 60fps

Hi, i can't play videos at 60fps on youtube, just regular 30fps. Videos at 720p60fps and 1080p60fps only let me choose 480p.
I've tried updating youtube apk through playstore and aptoide, but it wont fix it
