O2 UK HTC One M8. No OS. Please help me :'(

Hi all,

So a few months ago I flashed a custom GPE Rom onto my M8. It was successful until I tried to remove TWRP and accidentally deleted my OS instead.
I tried to fix the problem but I just couldn't get it to work. I figured I would have another crack at it with the help of the XDA forums.

Currently I have S-Off, TWRP installed and kinda got fastboot working (sometimes it derps and won't recognize in the command prompt).

I have tried numerous things to get back to stock O2 UK but nothing is working.

Could someone please help me and walk me through how to get back to normal ?
