I tried using my Hotspot, but I got message that says to activate Service I must call Carrier. Can this be unlocked without root?
I am very surprised that Hotspot is not already unlocked on this unlocked non-carrier phone. I know we have people working on Root but I wanted to see if I could have this work now. I use this feature at some point of everyday.
