I ordered through Best Buy with the edge program, but I noticed on my email it says the total of my order is the whole $779. It almost looks like it is going to try to charge me all of it when the phone is picked up. Is this what everyone else's email says? Possibly it is just stating the total I hope.
I spent 3 hours on the phone today in my pre order nightmare. The people at Best Buy were nice and tried to help, but long story short, it is impossible to pick up a phone from best buy unless you are the Verizon account holder. Being authorized user doesn't count, nor does being a family pick up member on the best buy account. My mom is the account holder, so I have to send it to a best buy near her and she has to pick it up and ship it to me because she lives 20 hours away. :mad:
