can someone help with overclocking script?

i try to make a script that will run in every boot and set my cpu max freq to
2419 mhz and also min cpu speed at 300 Mhz.
though these frequencies are supported by my kernel i can not overclock using any app:confused:
can somebody say what should i write in script cause i fail making it right?
