I've just switched to at&t from verizon owning a nice g3 with root and everything.... And just did a deal with at&t and have found out that it can not be rooted.
So is it possible in anyway to get the tethering app to work at least? If not I'm thinking about going back to verizon because every phone I looked at so far online that's with at&t is locked down and I just can't deal wit that no matter how beautiful the phone looks idc I want root or at least for the time being wifi tethering...
