SM-N900W8 charging port and no one can hear me now

I got this note 3 model. SM-N900W8. Few times ago my charging port didnt charge anynore and i changes it for one that say it was compatible (http://ift.tt/1VKVvVa) with my version. Now my phone is charging but no one can hear me when im talking. Even if i'm screaming really loud, no one hear me. Someone could explain me why it doing this?
