want a messenger app work without SIM

i need to know which Messenger ( like Whatsapp ) i can use on my Samsung Tab 4 which is without SIM... and it is not Rooted. is there any using only the ID name, not required phone number and also no social website account? or any trick ( i tried TextNow but play store says it is not for your country :( )
